Bryan K. Tippen is the founder and managing attorney of Tippen Law Firm, PLLC. After serving in the U.S. Army, he built the firm with a clear mission: to help Southwest Florida families protect what matters most — without the stress, confusion, or unnecessary court battles that so often come with estate planning, elder law, and probate.
Bryan understands how overwhelming these moments can feel, especially after losing a loved one. Whether he’s compassionately guiding families through the probate and trust administration process or helping them create comprehensive estate plans with wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, he brings the same calm competence and genuine care that clients consistently praise. Stefanie is the heartbeat of Tippen Law Firm. With her warm personality, exceptional organizational skills, and background in real estate and business operations, she makes sure every client feels truly supported from the very first conversation through the entire process.
Born and raised in Germany and fluent in both German and English, Stefanie moved to Florida in 1998. She knows how important it is to feel heard and cared for during life’s transitions — and clients repeatedly say she has a special gift for turning what could feel intimidating into something clear, collaborative, and reassuring. Whether she’s answering questions, coordinating documents, or simply offering a kind voice of support, Stefanie makes the entire experience feel human and approachable.
When she’s not helping families, Stefanie enjoys tennis and volleyball.
