Punta Gorda lawyer Bryan K. Tippen

Bryan is the founder of the Tippen Law Firm, as a member of the Florida Bar. He focuses his practice primarily on civil matters, involving estate planning, elder law, business law, probate and trust administration, and real property cases. Bryan’s dedication and empathy to his clients is proof that quality customer service is the most important objective for his firm. He recognizes that each client’s legal needs are unique and particular to a given set of circumstances, where different approaches are necessary for each individual goal and objective.

Additionally, as a former veteran, Bryan believes in assisting veterans in whichever way possible. He is registered for accredited VA benefits preparation and consultation in order to provide guidance and possible options for qualified individuals.

Tippen Law Firm currently practices in the Southwest Florida region, with offices in Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, and Sarasota.

Bryan was born and raised near Cleveland, Ohio and has extensive insurance experience of over a decade. Bryan is a graduate of Kent State University, with a major in psychology, and he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Akron University School of Law. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf, as well as watching various sporting events, especially major league baseball.

Legal assistant Stefanie

Stefanie joined the firm as a legal assistant, upon graduating cum laude with her Bachelor degree in Business Supervision and Management. Stefanie has extensive experience in real estate, administrative assistance, and office management. She has enjoyed working in various office settings including real estate offices and design/architectural firms. You will find that Stefanie’s outgoing and warm personality are consistent with the customer service goals of the Tippen Law Firm.

Stefanie was born and raised in Germany and moved to Florida in 1998. She speaks German and English fluently. She locally attended Cape Coral High School and Florida SouthWestern State College. Her passion for sports started at a very young age. She thoroughly enjoys playing tennis and volleyball in her free time.
